Patty Dingle
Patty Nishimura Dingle serves as Riot’s Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion. In her role she oversees D&I initiatives and efforts to support Riot’s 4,500+ employees across Riot’s 20 offices worldwide.
Patty has worked as a diversity and inclusion practitioner for over 19 years. Prior to joining Riot, she was the Head of DEI, Americas at BNY Mellon where she led the region’s engagement in global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy, ensuring that DEI was integrated into business and client initiatives. Patty has previously held positions at Visa and Workday where she played integral roles in shaping and driving the enhancement and implementation of corporate diversity and inclusion strategies including, recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention.
Patty began her career in the entertainment industry as a producer for ABC 7 network television and later served as the Promotion Director for KTSF 26. A Seaside, California native, Patty holds a degree in Broadcast Communications from San Francisco State University, an MBA from Brandman University, and is a graduate of Leadership San Francisco, a trustee program for the city of San Francisco. She also currently serves on the advisory board of Self-eSTEM, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a sustainable supply of underrepresented minority women leaders who are recognized as top talent and innovation in STEM.
